The Home Remodeling Experts is Hiring a Sales Professional Near Charleston, WV

Sales Rep / Outside Sales / In-Home Sales -

Do you want uncapped commissions, 5-day work weeks, paid training, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401(K) and Employee Discounts?

If you are, we are seeking sales consultants that will mainly be meeting with customers at their home on pre-set-qualified appointments.

Our Home Improvement Company had another record year in 2022 and is looking to add additional Representatives to our team for the record growth we are currently experiencing in 2023. We have the highest quality Home Improvement products in the industry (windows, doors, roofing, bathrooms, kitchens) and many of our products are exclusive.

We offer the best training in the industry, which helps our current managers and sales consultants earn higher than average incomes (most over six figures) in the home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell home improvement products and services to new and existing customers
  • Meet potential customers in their home with pre-set qualified appointments
  • Reach agreed upon monthly sales goals and KPI's

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Competitive mindset
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
