Pro Account Sales Associates (PASA) support Pro customers by executng three primary store priorites: Sales, Service, and Product Availability. Associates will be expected to Greet, Engage and Thank customers to ensure the ultmate customer experience is achieved. They are primarily responsible for developing one-on-one relatonships with and selling products to contractors, property owners, and other professional customers. They achieve this by proactvely pursuing new business. Key responsibilites for this positon include providing outstanding service to customers through the sharing of product knowledge in all store departments, developing and maintaining professional customer relatonships, and paying special atenton to the customer's needs and offering solutons. PASAs must have a thorough knowledge of all departments and how to sell the products in each department. Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completng specified safety training, immediately correctng hazards & unsafe conditons and/or reportng conditons to the Manager On Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers. These associates work in cooperaton with their Department Supervisor and other associates to ensure customers’ needs are met.
