Position Purpose:
The Online Finance Manager role supports our key contact center teams at the Online Contact Center (OCC), Customer Care and Delivery Execution. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Contact Center Vice President, respective contact center leaders and workforce planning team to set the financial and strategic business goals. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable presenting and defending their analysis to senior leadership. The Finance Manager splits his or her time between the following three activities: strategy development and implementation; planning and forecasting; and analysis/reporting. Some key examples of responsibilities include: working with contact center leadership to develop strategic and operational plans, presenting financial reviews to the contact center leadership team, identifying productivity opportunities and monitoring low cost provider initiatives, cost benefit analysis of various investment decisions, scenario analysis, reporting and analyzing financial results weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
