Position Purpose:

The Integration Developer, Marketing Ops designs and develops architecture that allows multiple systems to work consecutively. This individual may leverage integration tools or develops software tools to automate, monitor, and debug integration connections. The Integration Developer also leverages extensive business knowledge to integrate bespoke vendor performance metrics and detail data for use within larger marketing contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• • 25% - Plan, coordinate, and develop all activities related to the integration of programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet business requirements. 
  • 25% - Provide advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices.
  • 25% - Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with technology, infrastructure, and business requirements.
  • 25% - Maintain and manage an application integration architecture blueprint for the operations team.

• This position typically reports to Senior Manager, Operations Process

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to translate digital marketing problems into marketing projects
• Excellent project management and executive communication skills
• Strong Digital Marketing and Data Analysis Skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and file processing
• Strong background in SQL and Relational Databases
• Strong background in coding and development, especially Python
• Experience with multiple digital marketing platforms including DMP/DSPs, email service providers, personalization and content management tools, and channel activation platforms
• Ability and willingness to operate in a highly cross-functional environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others

Minimum Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

• 6 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent in writing SQL and Python code
• Excellent working with API's from commercial software applications
• Hands-on experience working in cloud based technology environments, preferably GCP
• Experience with communicating technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient with the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
