The Hollister Group is Hiring a Payroll and Benefits Specialist Near Woburn, MA

Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Our client, a manufacturing company in Woburn, is looking to add a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Processes payroll using ADP Workforce Now
  • Maintains data and processes changes in ADP, HRIS, & ERP
  • Creates journal entries for prepaids and accruals for month end
  • Processes deductions including reimbursements and referrals
  • Responsible for reporting related to payroll and more
  • 401(k) administration
  • Responsible for state sales tax filings
  • Works closely with Human Resources team on various employee issues
  • Other responsibilities as designed
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of payroll and accounting experience
  • Multi-state payroll experience
  • 401(k) administration experience/exposure
  • ADP Workforce Now experience
  • Microsoft Office Suites experience
