Core Responsibilities:

• Lead a team that handles the operational aspects of middle-market collateralized loan obligations and funding schemes across diverse private credit pools.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management group for the drafting and readiness of new credit facilities. Maintain relations with banks to ensure seamless operationalization of new ventures.
• Handle communication with lenders regarding deal metrics, adjustments to borrowing bases, and compliance calculations.
• Train and supervise team members for new ventures while ensuring timely execution of current projects.
• Oversee the preparation of borrowing base calculations and coordinate with internal and external parties throughout asset approval stages.
• Provide guidance to the Asset Management team on liquidity, leverage, and financial compliance during fluctuating market conditions.
• Address issues related to investment strategies and recommend optimizations for fund structures.
• Ensure complete compliance with indenture and credit agreement requirements, including financial covenants.
• Interface with rating entities to secure credit assessments for investment targets.
• Monitor liquidity and credit metrics at the fund level, considering projected financial data.

Preferred Background:

• 4-6 years of industry experience, ideally in private credit or collateralized loan obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic track record.
• Prior experience with global portfolio accounting software is advantageous.
