Compensation:

$100,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Follow up with team-provided leads to build and convert your pipeline
Qualifications:
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Tech savvy
  • Willing to grind...while we automate lead generation you must still be willing to grind every single day to nurture and convert
  • A proven record of sales and/or service experience is preferred
