Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Ensure that all hotel operations comply with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of hotel staff
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary resources
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory, and employee performance
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel's services and attract new guests

Skills:
- Bilingual (proficiency in English and another language is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, and food service protocols
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team of employees
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems for reservations, billing, and reporting
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
