The Hire Method LLC is Hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor Near Burleson, TX
The Maintenance Supervisor will be pivotal in overseeing maintenance operations in an industrial/manufacturing setting. Reporting directly to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, this role involves managing a team of 14 direct reports and bridging communication between day and night shifts. We seek an individual with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a solid background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. This position is 1st Shift, 5am-3pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of 14 maintenance staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Foster communication and collaboration between day and night shifts for seamless workflow handoffs.
- Utilize CMMS to optimize maintenance schedules, track equipment performance, and drive improvements.
- Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Actively participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of maintenance personnel.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager to develop strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
- Demonstrate a commitment to food production standards (preferred) and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 15 years of total maintenance experience with experience in a supervisory role.
- Background in industrial/manufacturing maintenance settings.
- Preference for experience within the food production industry.
- Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical maintenance preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective cross-shift handoffs.
- Ability to foster a cohesive work environment and drive team collaboration.
- Demonstrated capability in leveraging CMMS for maintenance activities.
- Ambition to grow into a Maintenance & Engineering Manager role.
Benefits:
- $72,500 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)
