The Hire Method LLC is Hiring an Inpatient Nurse Near Fort Smith, AR

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Inpatient Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team at our Fort Smith, AR location. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced nurses. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care in an inpatient setting.

Required Experience:

  • Valid RN or LPN license (New grads welcome!)

Preferred Experience:

  • Inpatient/bedside strongly preferred

Work Week:

  • Day and night shifts available
  • Full-time and part-time positions
  • Shifts: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Salary:

  • RN – $31 - $52.40/hour
  • LPN – $24.10 - $34.50/hour

Shift Differentials:

  • Evening: 15% of base
  • Night: 20% of base

Benefits/Incentives:

  • Sign-On Bonus: Experienced Nurse Sign-On Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments
  • Relocation Assistance up to $3,000 per policy

  • 12-hour shifts in the Inpatient/Emergency Department areas with no mandatory overtime
  • Education Assistance: $10,000 in Assistance for Tech/LPN to RN, Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad RNs, Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year
  • PTO/Vacation Time Frontload: Up to 80 hours for Experienced RNs
