Our facility specializes in pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing, contributing to the development of life-saving therapies. We are looking for Entry-Level Manufacturing Operators to join our team and make a difference in the world of healthcare.

Location: Portsmouth, NH

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary: Starting at $23.25-28.29 per hour depending on shift and experience, plus approximately $3500 yearly bonus (prorated for first year).

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotation scheduling working every other weekend.
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotation scheduling working every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Complete gowning and de-gowning procedures throughout the 12-hour shift.
• Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work any day of the week.
• No experience required; however, production, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
