Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Systems Manager to join our team in Opelika, AL. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, such as HACCP, ISO 9001, or SQF.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA) and industry standards (e.g., GFSI).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) credentials are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
