The Hire Mark is Hiring a RCFE Executive Director for 150 Capacity Assisted Living with ALW residents Glendale 150k to 175k Near Glendale, CA

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled RCFE Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our assisted living facility, with a focus on Assisted Living Waiver residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisted living management, a deep understanding of RCFE regulations, and a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors. The RCFE Executive Director will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for our residents, managing staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the assisted living facility, with a specific focus on Assisted Living Waiver residents.

Ensure the facility maintains compliance with all RCFE regulations and guidelines.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and residents to create personalized care plans.

Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the facility, including expenses, revenue, and resident billing.

Foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere, promoting social activities and events for residents.

Maintain open communication channels with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Implement and oversee quality assurance and improvement programs to enhance the overall resident experience.

Qualifications:

RCFE Administrator Certification required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in assisted living management, with a focus on Assisted Living Waiver residents preferred.

Strong knowledge of RCFE regulations, policies, and procedures.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven ability to create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field is a plus.
