Full Job Description We are looking for an experienced RCFE Administrator to oversee all operations of our 150 bed Senior Home . The right person will have strong leadership skills, and have the natural ability to build strong relationships with potential residents and their families. In this role, you will oversee community staff and day-to-day operations including hiring and supervising employees, ensuring adequate staffing, and develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission . Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year as an executive director or related administrator experience Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, gerontology, business or related field preferred Ability to operate the facility in accordance with Title 17, Title 22 and established company policy, program and budget Work history demonstrating strong ability to hire, direct and manage associates Current California issued RCFE Administrator license Salary starting at 150k - 175k Quarterly Bonuses Job Type: Full-time
