The Highlands at Brighton is Hiring a Recruiter (Part Time/Contract) Near Rochester, NY
The Highlands at Brighton, an affiliate of UR Medicine, provides more specialty care services than any other transitional or long term care facility in our region. We offer excellent pay and benefits including:

- Schedule: 20-24 Hours/Week
- Pay Range: $25/hr.-$37/hr.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a part time, temporary Recruiter to assist with the staffing for a new project! As the Recruiter, you will identify, screen, interview, hire and onboard candidates for our new CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) training program.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with directors and managers related to staffing needs
- Screen candidates and facilitate interviews and hiring and onboarding processes
- Coordinate pre-employment appointments
- Prepare offer letters
- Input new hire and employee change data into the HRIS (Workday)
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Two years of previous recruiting experience required.
- Experience with Brassring and Workday preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of initiative, independence and attention to detail.
