RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

• Update Spanish church database
• Make follow-up calls to guests
• Maintain contact with members via email, phone, and personal interaction
• Maintain close contact with the directors of the life groups to coordinate activities
• Hold meetings with the team of collaborators from the different ministries
• Assists in planning and coordinating bilingual life group

Churchwide Events

• Help coordinate Wednesday Bible study meetings
• Coordinate meetings with leaders once a month
• Assist in planning and conducting luncheon visits
• Assist in planning and conducting luncheon for new members
• Helping on Sundays in life groups and service
• Help coordinate summer activities for the church.

Worship and Media

• Collaborate with the music on Sundays
• Schedule events in Planning Center
• Operating ProPresenter, sound and lights
• Photo and video editing and capture
• Editing the church in Spanish website

General

• Meet with supervisor every week
• Weekly planning meeting

Serve as a Fantastic Teammate to Peers on the Staff Team

• Demonstrate loyalty to Ministers and teammates in action and word
• Pursue and uphold relational unity with teammates
• Make assists for teammates to facilitate department-wide wins
