The LPN will provide care for residents within Assisted Living and Memory Care and assist the Health and Wellness Nurse. The LPN will round all residents, assist the Health and Wellness Nurse by recognizing changes in condition, coordinating and drafting resident assessments for RN review and approval and handling incident reports and related investigations. The LPN provide ongoing staff development and attend training needed in order to be in compliance by state and federal laws.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Graduate of LPN Nursing Program
Experience: 1 year of nursing / Prefer experience in Assisted Living
Computer Skills: Ability to effectively utilize basic software and email
Certificates & Licenses: Current Washington State LPN License
Other Requirements: Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
