The Heart of the Matter Relationship Counseling is Hiring a Client Care Coordinator Near San Diego, CA

Client Care Coordinator

The Heart of the Matter Relationship Counseling is looking for a part time Client Care Coordinator with the ability to assist in onboarding new clients.

The ideal applicant will have good knowledge of google workspace as well as the ability to empathically engage with clients and their needs while facilitating onboarding.

Job Type:

Part time, roughly 10-20 hours a week. Flexible schedule includes remote work with additional 1-2 hours in the office per week.

Job Description:

Client Care

  • Respond to new client inquiries via phone and website and match new clients with the best suited therapist
  • Provide new clients with onboarding forms and ensure completion
  • Verify client insurance benefits, inc deductible and copay
  • Provide support to therapists with scheduling and billing issues
  • Assist managers with developing procedure documents and spreadsheets.
  • Weekly miscellaneous admin tasks in the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Warm, welcoming and empathetic demeanor
  • Self-starter who is able to think quickly and work well with a team.
  • Experience with CRM programs/software is a plus!
  • Must be organized & efficient, managing timelines and working independently

The Heart of the Matter Relationship Counseling is a small private practice of ten therapists offering individual and couples counseling at our office in Old Town.
