Position Overview: Manages the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the Specialty lines organization to ensure we make progress on our strategy. Engages with business leadership team to identify strategic opportunities and acts as a trusted advisor for planning and executing key initiatives. Collaborates and partners with cross-functional stakeholders in an inclusive team environment to facilitate transparency and joint accountability. Facilitates strategic working sessions and meetings; organizes and tracks action items for future follow-up. Actively manages initiative scope, tasks, resources, and timelines to drive implementation of key priorities in an engaged, timely, effective, and collaborative manner. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:Works with business leadership team to identify strategic priorities, shape the scope of work and execution approach, execute tactical plans, and manage the impact through continuous monitoring/feedback. Provides consultation on the assessment, design, and development of Specialty lines propositions and initiatives.
