Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Experience in event planning or customer service is a bonus
