ROLE SUMMARY:
The Greeter is a key and important position for the success of the guest experience. They will serve as an initial and final contact for all guests. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented, and encourage a hospitality driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests in a gracious and professional manner.

Create a professional, upscale, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Monitor and record the flow of guests coming into the venue.

Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.

Maintain a proactive approach to solving guest queries.
-
Complete any assigned opening, side work, and closing duties.
-
Ensure lost items are returned to management.
-
Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to stand during entire shifts, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.

Must be able to be in a fast-paced environment that is often loud and stressful.

Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.

Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
