The H-J Family of Companies is Hiring a Regional Sales Executive Near High Ridge, MO

Summary: As a Regional Sales Manager for H-J Family of Companies you are entrusted with the care and well-being of our clients and our reputation.

Essential Functions

  • Lead sales channels within a defined geographic area and support the VP of Sales and Marketing.
  • Extensive travel.
  • Ensure the implementation of strategy, guidelines, and targets in order to increase sales with various types of customers and channels.
  • Achieving company’s sales and profitability goals by contributing with strategic information and recommendations to the marketing department.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in conferences and trade shows.
  • Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term order intake.
  • Liaison with customers and industry partners for common ground and effective sales solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining customer relationships, proposals, contract management, and finances in the electrical industry.
  • Experience working on sales teams with successful growth.
  • Ability to travel as business requires.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written, verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Great Customer service skills.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
