Summary: Daily duties will include staging, inspecting, cleaning, and assembling molds for our epoxy molding production line. Perform routine maintenance to ensure molds are in working order as required.

Essential Functions

• Pull molds from staging area and install proper parts for production.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment and follow all company safety policies.
• Follow directions from the shift supervisor as to what molds need to be installed.
• Clean all molds once production run is complete.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints.
• Some computer skills required.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post high-school education, trade school, or technical training a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
