Crisis Case Manager Position Summary

This individual will provide direct care towards stabilization of mental health and substance use symptoms and coordinate communication and services to internal and external partners. Crisis Case Manager will work part-time at Guiding Lights Crisis Stabilization Center in Leavenworth. Hours of availability Monday-Wednesday midnight -8:00am. Holidays will be required.

Salary for Crisis Case Manager

• Base hourly pay rate of $22.66-$26.33. Shift differential, overtime, and holiday pay may be included for certain shifts.

Responsibilities for Crisis Case Manager

1. Provide direct care towards stabilization of mental health and substance use symptoms.
2. Gather information about the client and coordinate communication and services to internal and external partners.
3. Provide support to other providers both in and out of the office, as well as to other community entities dealing with a client in crisis and needing the assistance of crisis stabilization services.
4. Make follow up calls to clients who fail to show for post crisis follow-up appointments or who may be needing extra contact in order to effectively cope with a current Crisis.
5. Help maintain the inner workings of the Crisis Stabilization Center which includes but not limited to, general care and support of clients, daily operations, and housekeeping of the unit. 
6. After a QMHP has completed an evaluation, assist in coordinating access to the appropriate level of care.

Qualifications for Crisis Case Manager

Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Service field preferred. Equivalent work experience in the human services field, or a combination of work experience in the human services field and education, with one year of experience substituting for one year of education, may be considered
2. One year volunteer or paid experience working with individuals in the community
3. Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
