We are looking for servers who can work lunch shifts.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and knowledge of food safety regulations
