Job Summary
The Enhancement Manager is responsible for managing the overall production of the enhancements work within the company. Manage and train production team and work with the Sales Representative in guaranteeing complete client satisfaction. The Enhancement Manager must ensure projects are completed on time and within allocated budget according to quality standards of the company.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff members
Oversees the daily workflow of the department
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Duties/Responsibilities
Forecasting and management of all labor and equipment needs
Management of weekly and daily production schedule
Management and direction of Project Managers (Larger Models)
Daily Labor and Equipment Management
Job Cost Review and Correction of process
Discipline of all company and divisional policies and processes
Collaborate with Sales to ensure that the company promise is being delivered on each job.
Offer estimating help when needed
New Job Assignment to PM (Larger Models)
Preconstruction package review and sequencing
Pre-con onsite review with salesman/team. (When necessary)
Sub-contractor coordination and scheduling (Detailed info must be provided by sales)
With Project Managers and or Crew Leaders
Determine and schedule equipment requirements for the job
Manage schedule for Utility locates with OA (Office Administrator)
Job scheduling to (Aspire) or master schedule (with team)
Material procurement and delivery sequencing. (Aspire)
Work with OA and Production team to stay current on Purchase Receipts and Sub Contractor Agreements
Labor/ Crew Management
Labor Back Log Management
Head Count Forecasting
Work Ticket Management
Manage Job Site
Safety
Quality
Production
Daily work ticket review
Time management and review (Aspire)
Inventory transfer review accuracy of what the crew removes from the yard and takes to the job and what is returned to inventory from the job
Quality control on the product being delivered/implemented this includes:
Quality of materials
Quality of Planting and sod installations
Quality of hardscape installation
Sub-contractor quality and fulfillment of the contract scope
Observation and training of the crews and their capabilities, feedback on performance to the operations manager
Work with sales on the facilitation of the change order process. No changes without authorization
Coordinates and facilitates close out process
Weekly and monthly revenue recognition on their jobs
Labor Review on jobs- Over/Under analysis
Work with supervisor to guarantee the success of the division
Employee also agrees to perform any other duties assigned
Required Skills/Abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s management systems
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in, or related field required
A minimum of three years of management experience preferred
