Position: Car Runner

Department: MotorServices

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, orderingresponsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

·Take valet parking information from guest.Drive, Park, and Retrieve guest cars in a safe efficient manner.

·Provide customer service as needed

·Provide services for internal and externalguests as needed

Secondary Responsibilities:

·Able to perform additional duties duringemergency situations

·Required to assume duties of all positions inmotor services off season

·Able to perform billing duties as needed

Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)

·Hours vary based on business needs

·Weekends and holidays

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required,equivalent experience, etc.)

·Customer service experience preferred

·Work in Valet Industry a plus

Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification, highestrequired/preferred, field of study)

·High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred

Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone, in-person, group;Written: memos, documents)

·Ability to effectively communicate with internaland external customers

·Ability to communicate well with guest

·Must relate well with guest

·Ability to provide a 5-Star atmosphere

Technical Requirements:

·CDL (Class B)

·Passenger endorsement

·Ability to drive standard transmission
