Position: Golf Service Coordinator
Department: Golf
Primary Responsibilities: • Provides excellent customer service
• Organization of golf cart and bag handling operation
• Guest service to include greeting as well as providing knowledgeable information about The Greenbrier
 
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Driving range set up
• Wash golf clubs and carts
• Place guest bags on cart and transport to staging area
• Read and analyze starter sheets and tournament pairings
 
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)• Daily, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Daily, Noon – 8:00 p.m.
• Shifts and days off may vary
*Holiday and weekend work required

Past Work Experience Requirements: • Previous experience with golf bag handling operations
• Knowledge of the game of golf including starter sheets
 
Educational Requirements: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
 
Communication Skills Requirements: • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
• Personable
 
Technical Requirements: • Valid drivers license
• Knowledge of golf cart safety

Required Supervision: • Reports to Bag Room Supervisor
