Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after customers have finished their meals
- Process customer payments using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Knowledge of kitchen procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide recommendations
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of bussing procedures to maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
