The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Great Neck is immediately hiring:
RN Supervisor
Pay Range: $50.00– $55.00 per hour
Per diem - every other Friday Saturday Sunday 4pm-12am
Great Neck, NY
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to residents
- Establish resident treatment plans and care plans
- Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
- Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate resident medical records
- Provide emotional support to residents and their family members
RN Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current NYS RN license in good standing
- Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations & guidelines
- Previous LTC experience
- Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
