We are looking for a highly motivated Pastry Cook to join our team! We are seeking a natural leader with previous experience in high-volume pastry cooking. A deeply caring individual about exceptional food and exceeding quality standards to create memorable dining experiences for every guest. Are able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Must have your ServeSafe certification or be willing to obtain it.

• Operate and manage the pastry kitchen 
• Prepare and assist in the creation of desserts and baked goods, on a regular basis for our guests 
• Educate and train all team members in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety regulations
• Check the quality of pastry products 
• Assist in the development of new seasonal recipes and menu items that keep up with the latest trends
• Achieve and maintain company and brand standards for quality and guest satisfaction
• Ensure security and proper storage of food and replenish supplies in a timely efficient manner while minimizing waste
