• Create and maintain a rolling 30 day production schedule, effectively utilizing available equipment and resources.
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to avoid delays or missed targets.
• Effectively make changes to production schedule to ensure that production deadlines are met.
• Interface with various departments concerning plant capacity, equipment and tooling availability, parts, and raw material availability.
• Relay relevant information to management regarding material shortages, potential schedule interruptions and possible equipment maintenance that would affect a smooth and timely production output.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain the schedule in the company's ERP system
• Provide support for special projects, and complete other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, operations management, business administration) or 5 years of proved production planning experience.
• At least three to five years' experience in fast paced manufacturing environment with multiple production lines.
• Knowledge of computerized manufacturing systems (such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Batchmaster) specifically the production scheduling module MPS
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions.
• Advance skills and experience in use and application of software programs such as, Microsoft Excel, Google docs, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
