This position involves assisting with putting out signs and flyer boxes and greeting clients. Hours vary in this position. We can work around your schedule when setting up open houses and showings. We are a family-first organization and if our values align would love to have you join our team.

We believe in investing in the people that work with us. A Real Estate license is preferable, however, excellent in-house training and support are offered.

$65,000-$90,000

• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Professional in attitude and appearance
