Real Estate Agent - Accelerated - Learning Program

The Good Agent Team Brokered by REAL in Walnut Creek, CA is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our Real Estate Mentorship Program. Once you complete the program, you will have access to resources and skills that will assist you in becoming a member of a successful real estate team, which includes lower commission caps, generous commission splits, and other advantages for career growth and monetary gain.

Our Flexible Learning Program can be done either in-person or online, depending on your location or if you have a difficult time attending in person. Lessons, seminars, and mentorship sessions will be held in the Broadway Plaza, close to Nordstrom, and also through online access. During your first few weeks in the program, you will be able to observe open houses and meetings.

In order to be accepted into our highly successful program, you must bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and hold a current Real Estate license*. If you are in the process of studying for your RE exam, we are ready to offer suitable candidates our support and guidance before joining.

• Engage in mentorship sessions, coaching, and interactive classes to enhance learning and development.
• Successfully complete all modules and educational programs offered in the Real Estate Mentorship Program.
• Foster a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere with peers to promote a supportive learning environment.
• Attend open houses and appointments as a shadow to gain practical experience and industry insights.
• Assist customers in understanding their real estate needs and provide relevant solutions to meet their requirements.

• Must have a Real Estate License or be in the process of taking the exam.
• Possess a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and own a reliable personal vehicle.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the US.
