We’re hiring a motivated real estate apprentice to join our growing team. You will be working in a fast paced environment both in and out of the Walnut Creek office. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and helping the agents plan their appointments and final walkthroughs. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and help with the planning of company events. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented. We provide in house training for those who would like to pursue their real estate license.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
• Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
• Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
• Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed

• Shadow a top-producing team and learn how to become a top agent

• Either already has or is working towards real estate license
• Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
• Great written and verbal skills
• Weekend and evening availability
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
