- Help Implement lesson plans in the classroom.
- Meeting the individual needs of the infants in the classroom 6 weeks- 12 months
- Parent communication.
- Participation in staff and training meetings.
- Support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
- Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
- Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.

- Assisting Lead Teacher with children.

- Must be organized and able to follow a schedule effectively.
- Must feel comfortable working with young infants.
