This position is for a Young Toddler classroom with the age range being 12 months - 30 months.
Here at The Goddard School- Hardin Valley we are excited to have the opportunity to bring on more teachers that have a love for shaping and developing the minds of young children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years old.

Duties:
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans created and regulated by Goddard for preschool-aged children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Plan and organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's behavior, development, and learning progress.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is required.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to implement Goddard's Wonders of Learning lesson plans effectively.
- Knowledge of curriculum development for young children.
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
