The Goal is looking for a skilled and motivated individual in support of one of our federal clients. *You will not be considered if you do not currently hold a TS Clearance.* For this position, the practitioner will be joining the SharePoint and O365 Power Apps team to design the organization’s sites and O365 tools using human centered design principles, establish and support effective knowledge management and collaboration using SharePoint best practices, and develop tools to enhance and automate processes including Power Automate and Flow. Practitioner will be responsible for working with Deloitte team members and client teams to interview stakeholders, gather requirements, translate requirements to SharePoint solutions, and build/test/implement the Microsoft O365 and SharePoint based tools. Desired Qualifications:
• Active TS Clearance (required);
• SharePoint development experience is a must;
• Strong communication, strong presentation skills, and attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize tasks. Skills/Requirements:
