What You’ll Do:

· Have 5 years ofleadership experience in facilities maintenance (preferably in a hotel)

· Strong technicalknowledge and experience with a variety of machines, tools and equipment

· Leading a team asthey complete various projects

· Ability to updateand direct work schedules efficiently

· Ability to planbudgets and obtain the resources necessary for successful project completion

· Participate in the development of preventive maintenance programsand preparing cost estimates for repair services

· Problem-solvingskills

· Educate the team and communicateevent details with all internal departments

This position reports directly to our Director of Engineering.
