Pay: $19.50-$22.50 - this is not a tipped position

The Notch Grille, our full-service, and family-centric restaurant feature your favorite North Country comfort foods – with a twist. Offering breathtaking views of Mount Washington, The Notch Grille is proud to support our local farms, breweries, and distilleries – including our own private label vodka made at Tamworth Distilling.
In addition to our full-service bar and restaurant, The Glen House features flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space that can accommodate up to 150 people.
The Restaurant Supervisor safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service with a smile! We want our guests to feel good about their dining experience so that they will tell others and become a loyal customer.
Skills Required:
Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills; ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks, high-level customer service, effective communication with guests and team members, able to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure
Experience / Education:
Server experience, supervisory experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
