The Glass Guru of Southlake is Hiring an Office Cordinator and Customer Service Rep Near Southlake, TX
Roles & Responsibilities:
The right person for this position excels in customer service, has a positive attitude and will be a good fit with our current team. If you are efficient with your time management and well organized, read on. You have the ability to multi –task if under pressure, and can handle inbound and outbound communication with all customers, be responsible for assisting in intra-office communication, inventory control and helping with follow-up call backs. If yes, you might be the right person. We are looking for someone that has a passion and strong skillset with social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Following the companies brand standards you would be the key person to create business posts and interactions within these sites. If this is you, we would like to hear from you.
Excellent customer service
Greet walk in customers or visitors promptly and professionally
Strong skill set of social media platform (a must)
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally during business hours
Pre-screen incoming leads/potential customers in the proper manner
Mange and respond to inbound email correspondence and forward accordingly
Schedule estimate appointments using the appropriate company software
Assist Estimators with follow up on pending estimates by phone, email, text
Strategically schedule work appointments for installation Techs, along with customers
Troubleshoot issues(s) from estimators or installers in the field as needed
Work with all members of the team in a positive, friendly and fun manner
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
All candidates must pass initial background check.
