Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a part-time position.

- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for equipment repairs
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and logic controllers
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Basic understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and train junior staff
