Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in Assisted Living Level II setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Duties:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers

- Perform basic medical procedures, including phlebotomy and wound care
- Assist with medical documentation and record keeping

- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with home care, memory care, acute care, senior care, and dementia care
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
