Description
This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of overseeing the location and ensuring a high level of customer service for our customers. .
Requirements
The location manager is accountable for managing and training terminal staff, approving employee timecards, selling tickets, assigning duties, setting schedules, interacting daily with dispatch and drivers, answering customer inquiries, and investigating and resolving customer complaints. The terminal is a 7-day a week operation and therefore being available to work weekends is a mandatory requirement.
This role requires someone who is detailed-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is willing and able to provide a high level of customer service.
