Job Responsibilities for Housekeepers at the Franklin Residences include but are not limited to the following:

• Follow AVE standard operating processes and procedures
• Maintain AVE Brand Standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Clean designated common areas including but not limited to the lobby space, hallways, entrances and around the building, mailroom, fitness center, mezzanine restrooms, balcony and dining area, business lounge, third and fourth floor bathrooms, and residential and commercial elevators. This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, shampooing carpets, dusting, polishing furniture, cleaning glass
• Clean designated back of house areas including but not limited to the terrace bathrooms, terrace hallways, freight elevator, and garage vestibules
• Maintain, clean, and organize garbage enclosures, dumpsters and/or garage compacter rooms, including deodorizing and power washing as needed or directed by Director of Housekeeping
• Trash removal
• Maintain property exterior maintenance and presentation. This includes but is not limited to watering flowers, leaf clean up, cleanliness of entrances and sidewalks, trash pick-up, etc.
• Assist Housekeeping team in suite cleaning services and suite turnovers for move-ins/move-outs based on business need

Job Requirements for Housekeepers at the Franklin Residences:

• Minimum of one year of housekeeping or janitorial experience
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills
• Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and “can do" attitude
• Lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs., bending, stretching unassisted
• Climb stairs unassisted
• Exposure to chemicals
• Standing and walking for long periods of time
• May push loaded carts on carpeted surface
• Must have reliable source of transportation
