Provide guidance and support to Director for Home Based and Early Intervention systems. Coordinate with Director, Associate Directors and staff.

Supervises Home Based staff; screens, interviews and recommends applicants for hire; recommends assignments, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievance resolutions and other personnel actions; evaluates employees performance. Manage interpersonal relationships within teams and within disciplines. Supervise classrooms at ECE as well as supervise HBS EI Secretary. 

Oversee that Evaluations weekly are staffed and finding coverage when needed. Monitors Weekly team meetings for all teams. Oversee Data Entry for all new children enrolled in FCBDD EI Program. Coordinate HBS Committees (e.g. Zone, QA, Technology, Paper flow, Professional Development, Transition, Hybrid). Provide Orientation and training to new staff throughout year. 

Remain current on State EI mandates/policies. Manages HBS Student Enrollment/Placement; maintain current packets and children interested in Blended Programs. Maintain ongoing communication (phone, text, email) sometimes daily or multiple times a day with Help Me Grow Admin Team and/or HMG Clinical Leaders. Maintains ongoing Collaboration with Contract Sites. Verify all ECE staff mileage and staff cell phone/MiFi usage at least monthly.

Attend various standing meetings.

Performs other duties as assigned.
