Duties:
Retail Assistant Managers are responsible for running the store efficiently and effectively, managing inventory, serving customers, and maintaining the appearance of the store. These include keeping the store neat, clean, and well-stocked, and preparing fresh baked goods daily.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager who is reliable, friendly, and energetic who can also be organized, punctual, and able to interact with customers effectively. Other qualities desirable for this position include; good communication skills (verbal and written), customer service skills, problem solving abilities, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership. We also require a strong interest in working with our small business team in order to help us run an efficient retail operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
