The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Bloomfield, CT.
Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
- $36 / HR to start!
- 3-month assignment (with potential to extend or convert based on performance / budget).
- 3rd shift : 10 : 30PM 7 : 30AM
- Main Responsibilities : Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments. Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals;
sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities. Coaches and mentors team members.
Qualifications :
- HS Diploma or GED is required (degree is preferred).
- Must have 2 years of manufacturing experience (supervisory / lead is strongly preferred).
