Front Office Porter - Braemar

Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Front Office Team at The Fife Arms as a Porter!

As a Porter, you will consistently provide first class service to our guests, exceeding the expectations of their experience in every aspect of their stay.

As Porter you will be responsible for :

• Providing an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check out
• Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring a smooth transition from the entrance to the Reception desk
• Safely handling and transporting guests' luggage to their rooms or other designated areas
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests by conducting regular walk abouts throughout the hotel, ensuring that fire doors are closed and that there are no health & safety hazards
• Ensuring a presence on the front desk throughout the day, completing the Porter checklist
• Ensuring guests requests are delivered with efficiency and effectivity
• Ensuring that public areas are maintained clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing
