Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Onboarding Analyst will act as a liaison between new employees/contracted workers, their hiring managers, legal, IT, Human Resources, Contractor/Agencies, and Fedcap Group companies. The Onboarding Analyst under the direction of the HRIS Director, is responsible for facilitating activities related to achieving and maintaining compliance and assuring a customer oriented top tier experience with the onboarding process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Coordinates and facilitates streamlined onboarding processes and new employee orientation for all Fedcap Group employees.
- Ensure new employees/contracted workers understand and possess the proper documentation required for new hire onboarding, are aware of their orientation schedule, and have completed all required onboarding tasks, new hire paperwork, and regulatory, policy & health compliance requirements to successfully meet their identified start date.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to assure appropriate and proper background verification packages are attached to requisitions and obtains appropriate background verification documentation according to local state and federal laws and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Responsible for reviewing background verification reports and advising Talent Acquisition when a final candidate is cleared to begin employment; works with HR to appropriately vet background checks with adverse remarks.
- Creates and maintains a positive experience for onboarding activities for new employees. Initiates contact with new employees as offers are accepted to begin planning for actions for all onboarding activities.
- Track, execute, and maintain pre-employment, credentialing, and compliance requirements such as I-9, E-Verify, etc.
- Assists in the development of important resources for process improvement of all onboarding activities.
- Process new hires/re-hires in HR systems and work with the payroll department to assure new employee information is received for proper processing.
- Data entry & approvals and report generation/processing/verification in HR systems; respond to general HRIS inquires/requests as required.
- Provide employment verifications as requested.
- Support Fedcap Group companies/departments with audits as needed.
- Functions as an ambassador and liaison for The Fedcap Group.
- Contributes to organization success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results.

Required Education and Job Experience
- Three (3) to Six (6) years recent onboarding/HR experience with a successful track record as a technical/educational instructor in a large, high-volume, complex, and rapidly changing environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated achievement in communicating professionally and effectively with organizational leaders.
- Knowledge of organization policies, state and federal laws related to required education, certifications, immunizations for Fedcap employees that may vary by work location, job title, or department.
- Demonstrated competency in working with competing priorities.
- Well established relationship management skills - experience in working with and guiding/providing consultative information to new hires.
- International experience - Canada, EU, and UK a plus.
Licenses
Associate Professional in Human Resources would be an asset.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong practical experience with ATS Recruitment Software.
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills in HCM Oracle, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, Salesforce, and other related software.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Conditions
Work is typically performed in an office environment but may be required to perform job duties outside of the office setting.

Normal business hours: At times, must be willing to work beyond normal business hours as needed by operational needs and event schedules.
Travel
Out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required as needed to support the objectives.
